As former university students, tutors and volunteers we heard these many times from friends and colleagues:
- “Housing is so expensive in LA”
- “No one wans to rent out for a few months”
- “I have no credit in the US”
 

We listened every time thinking about what we could do to make things easier. After some saving some money and making a business plan, we started B & C Rentals LLC as a solution in response. Steadily, we have grown over the last year, which has allowed us to provide more affordable options to our costumers.
